About the OpportunityAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to support the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and enjoys ensuring operations run efficiently and smoothly.You will play a key role in overseeing the safe, accurate, and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, while maintaining stock accuracy and driving strong team performance.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all goods-in and goods-out activitiesEnsure accurate stock control, recording, and reportingPlan and coordinate daily receipts and dispatch schedulesSupport and provide cover for the Warehouse Manager when requiredMaintain high standards of health, safety, and housekeepingComplete all operational documentation accurately and on timeReport accidents and near misses, implementing corrective actions where necessaryCandidate RequirementsProven experience within warehouse operationsStrong organisational and problem-solving skillsGood understanding of stock control processes and reporting systemsSolid knowledge of Health and Safety practicesConfident communicator with the ability to lead and motivate a teamCounterbalance or Reach FLT licence (desirable)
