Focusing on monitoring and evaluation alongside planning out services around funders. You''ll combine hands-on front line delivery (including a small caseload) with oversight of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. You''ll work closely with senior colleagues, to help implement new initiatives and strengthen the service''s impact.
