Insights Analyst
for our Europe division will report to the Head of Analytics and Data Projects, this pivotal role will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of the organisation’s data strategy in alignment with our overall business goals.The scope of the role includes supporting strategic analytics projects and agency management of advanced analytics projects. The ideal candidate will research, propose, and lead the introduction of new analytics and strategic projects that drive business growth and optimise productivity.This role is a fixed-term contract for 9 months.What you will be doingThe key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following:Support key data science / advanced analytics projects (leveraging 3rd party agencies) e.g. footfall attribution modellingSupport the implementation of new data and analytics business projects, ensuring they are executed effectively and align with the organisation’s strategic goalsCoach teams (in-Village and central functions) to leverage data to generate actionable insights that inform strategic business decisionsSupport the business to ensure that insights are translated into high-impact business strategies, directly contributing to the organisation’s growthSupport the development of data strategy, analytics and governance for the following data domains: Guest (including membership, private client, international markets and guest sentiment), Brand, asset and sustainability, Finance and PeopleWhat makes you specialEvery colleague is an entrepreneur at heart and this drives our organisational culture, which values invention, innovation and risk taking. To be successful with us, you’ll have:5-8 years of experience in data analytics, strategy, management consulting, investment banking or equivalentAbility to structure large analytical problems, break them down and execute analysisAbility to translate data into information for non-analysts and clearly explain information and impact to othersDemonstrable experience of adding value to consumer insights function and a detailed understanding of guest intelligence and impact it has on business strategyExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environmentThe Bicester Collection are the worlds’ leading luxury shopping destinations, and we are committed to creating magical and memorable experiences for our guests.
