Insights Analyst

Berlin , within our creative agency, Highsnobiety+.Highsnobiety’s Research and Insights function plays a critical role that spans all parts ofour business.The Insights team works hand-in-hand with the Strategy team in Europe and the US, providing them with vital cultural and audience insights. The team’s work spans industries, from fashion and lifestyle to drinks and tech, supporting brand partners such as Nike, Jameson, and Dickies. The team also plays a critical role defining and creating thought leadership initiatives that have become signature to the Highsnobiety brand, such as our recent white paper with Boston Consulting Group, "Luxury Redefined."YOUR MISSION:Your overarching mission is to support the senior team with insights – across client projects and thought leadership.Support in custom qualitative and quantitative research initiatives including study and survey design, study execution, and report/analysisGrow and maintain HS Rolodex (our always on insights panel) and be the go-to point of contact for all things RolodexPresent to clients in a confident and productive mannerStay abreast of trends relating to fashion and style spaces and be able to explore new industries and categories which are adjacent to these spaces; to create sharp opinions on these spaces quicklyYOUR SKILLS:2-3 years relevant experience at a brand or agencyFluent in a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methodologies (e.g. field studies, interviewing, questionnaire development and survey research, and competitive benchmarking)A strong sense of what Highsnobiety represents.
