We have an exciting opportunity for an Employee Relations Specialist to join a growing ER and HR Operations team. In this role, you will manage a broad blend of Employee Relations and HR Operations responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on ER case management and complex employee matters.If you enjoy problem-solving, enhancing processes, and delivering an outstanding employee experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the development of a global HR services model.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle escalated HR queries and complex ER caseworkSupport investigations, performance management, flexible working requests, and organisational changePartner with HR Centres of Expertise to align on policies and processesManage HR transactions including job changes, onboarding, benefits administration, and data updatesCreate and maintain HR documentation, including knowledge articlesIdentify and implement process improvements and automation opportunitiesSupport accurate ER reporting and maintain robust documentationExperience, Skills and QualitiesBachelor''s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or international equivalent)Proven experience managing Employee Relations casesStrong communication skills with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilitiesExperience working within a Shared Service environment (professional services or financial services advantageous)Familiarity with HR systems; Workday experience is a bonusCIPD qualification or e
