Alexander Steele is working with a leading food manufacturing business in Buckinghamshire. Our client is looking for a forward-thinking Maintenance and Facilities Manager to join the business on a permanent basis. The role involves ensuring the upkeep of equipment and facilities, scheduling repairs, and implementing preventive maintenance programs to maximize operational efficiency and minimize downtime.What’s on Offer:

Paying up to £60,000 + 10% bonus28 days holiday + bank holidaysOnsite Monday – Friday (flexibility with hours)Responsibilities:

Provide expert troubleshooting and problem-solving for equipment malfunctions or failure.Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring costs stay within approved limits.Analyze maintenance data and performance metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and cost-saving opportunities.Oversee daily operations of building systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and security.Provide professional leadership, support, and development to team members and stakeholders.Require 5+ years’ experience in maintenance/facilities management within a similar environment.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field.Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.A proven track record of leading and motivating teams.For more information, contact Lomond MacPherson.Additional Details:
