IT Support Analyst (1st / 2nd Line) – Fareham - £30,000A leading healthcare organisation have a requirement for an IT Support Analyst to join their technical support team to provide support across hardware, software and networks.Responsibilities
Provide 1st and 2nd line support and work with IT leadership to troubleshoot complex problems and help maintain a high standard of service delivery.Provide remote and on-site support to colleagues to reduce downtime and enhance user experience.Requirements
12 months+ experience providing 1st/2nd line support.Knowledge of Microsoft Azure.Expertise with Microsoft 365, including user support for Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Excel.Understanding of networks (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc.).Familiar with remote support tools.Job details
