This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with privately owned businesses, families, and private equity-backed companies on a wide range of UK and international tax matters.This position sits within a growing team that delivers tailored tax advisory services, working closely with experienced Partners and Directors. You''ll manage a diverse portfolio of clients and have the opportunity to make a significant impact by building client relationships and leading innovative solutions for complex tax challenges.Responsibilities

Managing a broad portfolio of clients, including privately owned and family businesses as well as private equity-backed companies.Collaborating with internal specialists and stakeholders across the firm to deliver seamless client solutions, working with MandA, Share Planning, International, Rewards/Employment, transfer Pricing and so on.Keeping up to date with tax legislation and advising on complex technical issues for both clients and internal teams.Supervising and coaching junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.Supporting business development activities to identify and pursue new opportunities within the market.This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading team of tax professionals who are committed to innovation, collaboration, and professional development.
