Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various teams to address tax controversy issues across the EMEA region.
• Engage in transfer pricing and Advanced Pricing Agreement (APA) disputes.
• Handle Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAP) and tax litigation related to corporate income tax and VAT.
• Work closely with the Amazon Legal team on EMEA tax litigation matters.
• Collect information from the business to present to tax authorities.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: 5-7 years in a Big Four firm or law firm, specialising in tax.
• Expertise: Preference for candidates with tax controversy and transfer pricing experience.
• Skills: Strong understanding of international tax issues, mergers and acquisitions, and tax compliance.
