This is a significant leadership role driving informed decision-making as well as strategic oversight of all global FPandA, aligning long-term goals with organisational change and transformation. The Director of FPandA will lead the development and consolidation of all group FPandA activities, including 5-year plans, budgets, forecasting, scenario analysis, and executive-level decision-making as well as the delivery of a new FPandA tool, whilst developing and embedding a new TOM.
