Finegreen are currently supporting the interim appointment of a senior nursing professional, working for a charity who provide both inpatient and community based specialist palliative care for adults.Responsible for developing and leading MDT teams, and taking a pivotal role in shaping innovative change and positive transformation around the clinical services offered, with patients and families at the heart of everything they do.
