Ticket Sales and Information Assistant As the first point of contact for visitors, you''ll guide them through their booking, provide information about our sites, and ensure they have everything they need for their visit. Key Responsibilities: Process ticket sales and customer queries efficiently via telephone and in person at our ticket counters. Use our computer-based systems to manage bookings and provide accurate visitor information. Upsell items such as souvenir guides, e-subscriptions, and gift aid donations where appropriate. Retail Assistant Working across our shops and sales points, you''ll help to deliver a seamless shopping experience for thousands of customers.
