Overview

Delivery Lead for a contract role with a global bank based in London, joining the London CCM team. Credit and Capital Management (CCM) operates under a Value Stream model as part of the Group-wide Digital Acceleration Programme. Responsible for delivering high-priority programmes to simplify, digitise, and automate the credit and lending journey at scale, supporting the creation of a globally consistent credit and lending organisation for CIB business lines. Aims to enhance customer experience and generate competitive advantage through data-driven solutions and emerging borrowing models. Initial 3 month contract, paying up to £810 per day. Hybrid working.Base pay

Develop and execute portfolio roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business needs, governance frameworks, and compliance standards.Manage project scope, schedule, resourcing, dependencies, communications, and budgets while building stakeholder buy-in.Monitor and report progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, steering committees, and portfolio leads, influencing decision-making to maintain delivery momentum.Drive governance, control, and compliance activities across cross-technology teams, ensuring risk management, security, and architectural standards are met.Partner with Product Owners to improve productivity through Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and effective backlog management.Qualifications

Proven track record of leading change and delivering complex, transformational initiatives across diverse, multi-disciplinary, and multi-cultural teams.Credit / Capital Management experience.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to balance multiple perspectives in dynamic and evolving environments.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration and influence across all organisational levels.Highly skilled in strategic planning, decision-making, problem-solving, and leveraging resources to achieve business goals.Demonstrates strong organisational, time management, and adaptive leadership to drive interdependent outcomes in agile, connected ways.Note:
