Your impact
As a key member of our team, you will support our transition to a solutions provider, transforming how we deliver through the implementation of new technologies and lean, digital processes, to increase efficiency and add value for our clients. With a focus on sustainability and decarbonisation, you will utilise your highly developed technical engineering, interpersonal and organisational skills in supporting the delivery of structural solutions on highways, rail, aviation, energy and power projects.
You will be responsible for project delivery and undertake a technical lead role on a range of bridge and structural related projects
Lead and mentor teams on tasks such as structural analysis, feasibility studies, tender designs, detailed designs and the production of contract documents and technical reports.Use your knowledge and skills in working together with the team and other disciplines in providing an integrated service to clientsSeek innovative solutions through diverse thinking to achieve best value in delivering our servicesWork with our UK and Global Integrated Delivery teams to best use our resources and ensure efficient and successful delivery.

Here''s what you''ll need
A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related disciplineA professional qualificationExcellent communication, collaboration and time management skillsProject management skills related to bridge design or other disciplinesStrong technical design and practical problem-solving skills
Candidates may have a background in bridge design, however, we are equally interested to hear from candidates from other disciplines and industries.
We are particularly interested to hear from candidates with experience in asset management, structures renewals and post-tensioned structures, including post-tensioned special inspections (PTSI).
