HR Business Partner
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner to join a prestigious organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, with flexibility around working arrangements. The position is well-suited to someone with a generalist operational HR background who is ready to make a real impact in a varied and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Operational HR Support: Provide day-to-day HR support across the organisation, advising line managers on HR policies and practices. Employee Relations (ER): Manage employee relations matters including disciplinary and grievance procedures, performance management, and conflict resolution. Policy Development: Lead the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures that are aligned with best practice and organizational objectives. HR Systems and Data Management: Oversee and support the effective use of HR systems for accurate record-keeping, reporting, and performance management. Use HR data to make informed decisions. Performance Management: Support managers with the performance management process, including appraisals, setting objectives, and providing guidance on development plans. Employee Engagement and Wellbeing: Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and support the creation of a positive working environment.
