Key Responsibilities: People Experience Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive people experience strategies that focus on improving employee satisfaction, engagement, and overall experience within the organization. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEandI): Lead and support DEandI initiatives, ensuring that the organization''s culture is inclusive, equitable, and supportive for all employees. Measure the impact of DEandI programs and suggest improvements. Engagement and Wellbeing: Work closely with managers to implement initiatives aimed at increasing employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall wellbeing.
