We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a central role in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in service, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment. Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high service standards.- Lead and inspire the management team and staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.- Manage staffing levels, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless kitchen and front-of-house coordination.- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and prompt resolution.- Develop and execute marketing and promotional initiatives to drive business growth.- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Requirements:- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and efficiently manage tasks.- Familiarity with inventory management, financial reporting, and budgeting processes.
