This opportunity is crucial for shaping innovative RF module designs and involves both hands-on testing and characterisation of complex systems. The role requires a blend of RF design knowledge, SimuLink, and MATLAB skills.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with systems and RF design engineers to understand functional and performance requirements and translate them into a suitable test approach.Develop MATLAB code or other options to automatically characterise and verify Equipment Under Test.Create bespoke test tools, including hardware rigs and automated test frameworks.Develop and maintain verification procedures, test cases, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with systems, software, hardware, and firmware teams.Conduct proving activities in a laboratory environment to verify and characterise equipment performance and functions.Analyse and interpret test data, investigating anomalies and working with design teams to identify root causes.Prepare clear, concise, and technically robust evidence to support equipment design verification.Support design reviews and stakeholder engagements with test findings and technical insight.Contribute to the continuous improvement of proving processes, tools, and methods.Engage with the des
