We are partnering with a hig growth, digitally led consumer brand that is scaling rapidly across social commerce and direct-to-consumer channels.This is a unique opportunity for a Head of TikTok to take full ownership of one of the most commercially important channels in the business, driving revenue, shaping strategy and building a best-in-class TikTok ecosystem.The Head of TikTok will sit within a senior leadership team, with full accountability for performance, content direction and creator strategy across TikTok Shop and the wider platform. The Head of TikTok will lead the end-to-end TikTok strategy, combining content, commerce and performance marketing to deliver measurable growth.This role requires a strong commercial mindset alongside a deep understanding of platform trends, creator ecosystems and social commerce mechanics.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn commercial performance across TikTok Shop, including revenue, profitability and return on investmentLead paid and organic TikTok strategy, ensuring scalable and efficient growthDrive campaign planning and execution across key product launches and trading momentsOptimise TikTok Shop performance, including merchandising, catalogue quality and customer journeyDevelop and execute a high-impact creator and partnership strategyBuild strong relationships with agencies
