The Opportunity

You''ll take responsibility for managing and developing key customer accounts, driving both revenue and profitability, while helping shape the commercial direction of the business. What do you need to be successful?

• Proven experience in a Commercial Manager or Account Manager role within FMCG.
• Experience managing retail customers is essential.
• Food industry experience is required, with fresh produce experience highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated success delivering results in a fast-paced commercial environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
• Excellent financial understanding, including pricing, margin management, and budgeting.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
