Job Title: 1:1 Teaching Assistant, Primary School (Southam – CV47)

Start Date: April 2026 or Immediate

Contract: Full-Time (37.5 Hours a Week), Term Time Only

Pay: £92.62–£100 per day (PAYE – no umbrella deductions) / approx. £463–£500 weekly

Job Description:

We are working with a Primary School in Southam seeking a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with additional needs. The school offers a nurturing and inclusive environment.

You will provide tailored support, promote engagement and work alongside the SENCO to ensure pupil progress.

• Experience in 1:1 support

• Patient and empathetic approach

• Two references
