We are currently recruiting committed and caring SEN Teaching Assistants to work in welcoming and inclusive schools throughout the Kettering area. This role offers the chance to play a vital part in supporting pupils'' learning, confidence, and personal development within a positive school setting.

• Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to pupils with a variety of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, and communication difficulties.

• Support teachers and SENCOs in implementing personalised learning strategies and education plans.

• Help maintain a calm, structured, and inclusive classroom environment.

• Encourage pupils'' social, emotional, and sensory development.

• Assist with lesson preparation, classroom activities, and inclusive learning practices.

• Calm, compassionate, and adaptable, with a genuine interest in SEN support.

• Confident working collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and parents.

• Experience working with children with SEN or additional needs is highly beneficial.

• A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential.
