This is what you will be doing As a Commercial Litigation Senior Associate, your duties and responsibilities will include:- Running a mixed Commercial Dispute Resolution caseload, including contractual disputes, shareholder/director issues and debt claims.Handling professional negligence matters and advising on risk, liability and strategy.Managing mediation and other forms of ADR, preparing robust positions and achieving commercial outcomes.Drafting pleadings, correspondence and settlement terms, and representing clients at hearings where appropriate.Supporting business development by nurturing referrers, attending events and helping to win new work.
