This role offers an excellent opportunity to join an inclusive and friendly team, working with a diverse client base, including corporates, SMEs, and family-run businesses. The firm is looking for someone who has demonstrable experience in dispute resolution and litigation, with the ability to work autonomously as well as collaborate effectively within a team.Key Responsibilities:Managing a varied caseload of commercial-related dispute work, including contractual disputes between businesses, professional negligence claims, and mediation/other forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).Delivering high-quality dispute resolution and litigation advice to clients.Seizing business development opportunities to further grow the firm''s client base.Collaborating with fee earners across the firm to support cross-office work, with the role based in Bath.
