French-speaking HR Generalist / HRBP, International Bank, Permanent, London HR Business Partner / HR GeneralistFluent French SpeakerLondon City - Hybrid Working£60-65k depending on experienceYour new companyA leading financial services firm with global offices are looking for a permanent French-speaking HR Generalist to lead the HR for the London, Paris and Hong Kong offices. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be responsible for:Acting as the main point of contact for the three different locations, managing any HR-related queries and issues.Lead on recruitment for all corporate function roles, including benchmarking salaries depending on location and liaising with agencies on hard-to-fill vacancies.Manage the HRIS system, supporting the Senior HR team globally on projects and process development.Process monthly payroll for circa 100 employees, ensuring accuracy and alignment with relevant tax laws.Advise senior stakeholders on HR policies, including any ER, absence management and performance management.What you''ll need to succeedFluency in French is essential.Excellent knowledge of French and UK employment law.Ability to process payroll and excellent attention to detail.A proactive and professional approach, an ability to liaise with senior stakeholders.What you''ll get in returnA comprehensive salary and benefit package, hybrid working, progression opportunities and global remit.What you need to do nowIf you''re interested in this role, click ''apply now'' to forward
