Customer Service Administrator
Our client is looking to recruit a strong customer service administrator on a temproary basis, would consider part time applications with suitable background and experience - to start asap. The role will involve contacting clients over the phone to carry out a customer satisfaction survey. Data inputting, updating client records The successful candidate will require the following skills: Excellent verbal communication skills (oral and listening skills) Able to provide effective empathetic support to vulnerable clients (this could include age, emotional stress, financial strees and imfirmity) Excellent IT skills using Microsoft Office Previous experience of providing advise provision to the public In return we offer; Excellent hourly rate Holiday pay (accrued on hours worked) Weekly pay Option to work full time or part time (job share)
