Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesChase outstanding debt via telephone and emailNegotiating payment plans whilst maintaining customer retentionWorking closely with the sales team collaboratively to identify query resolutionReducing the debtors daysBuilding relationships with internal and external stakeholders What you Bring to the TeamAbility to organise and prioritise workload to produce high quality work within deadlines.Demonstrate ownership of own processes to complete and improve effectivelyAbility to organise, manipulate and present large volumes of data using Excel spreadsheets.Can work on own initiative and deliver high quality analysis and insight.
