RECEPTIONISTA permanent opportunity to join a leading property developer as a receptionist for a company that operates across the UK and EU, with a presence in over 15 countries. Based in W1F, this role is the heart of the office and the face of the business at the London Head Office. You will provide a professional front-of-house service, manage reception duties, and ensure a welcoming and efficient environment for visitors and staff.RECEPTIONIST ROLE:Greeting external clients such as international investors and visitorsAnswering all incoming phone calls from internal and external stakeholdersManaging two email inboxes, responding to emails where appropriate and forwarding enquiries to relevant teams and departmentsTaking full ownership of restocking facilities, snacks and kitchen supplies, including beverages, coffee, tea, milk and breakfast itemsSupporting the organisation of office events and recurring weekly company-wide breakfasts for 80-100 peopleAllocating and managing multiple meeting rooms via a booking management systemPreparing meeting rooms for corporate, internal and external meetingsEnsuring meeting rooms remain clean and tidy with the correct IT setup for each roomAssisting the Office Manager with ad hoc duties, including providing short-term cover during annual leaveAccepting and managing parcel deliveries for staff in the officeProcessing invoicing and expenses for employees and the wider companyCompleting ad hoc requests to support the wider officeRECEPTION
