Key Responsibilities: Own the touchpoint journey and user centric conceptsEstablish good working relationships with the customers in order to be recognised as the natural go to person and a trusted partner to deliver on our value propositionEngage with all key stakeholders so as to ensure a collaborative and efficient approach and a swift response to all service requestsEffectively deal with all business user/client requests and enquiries exceeding expectations in all areas of the operationsAs a brand ambassador for ISS and the client, you will be responsible in ensuring that all client site procedures and standards are metTo focus on curated experience and drive the agenda for our end users and customerTo show responsibility for personal health and safety, and that of others in the conduct of the job in line with ISS Support Services and Legal requirement.To work as part of the Front of House team within all the Front of House areas: Reception, Service Desk, Meeting RoomManagement, Switchboard , Event Management providing seamless and effective delivery of all services lines to include ad hoc clientTo ensure all client and visitor requests are fulfilled and exceed expectations.To ensure all client site procedures are met providing a five star meet and greet service at all timesMeeting Room and Event Management, making necessary changes and arrangements as requiredTo work closely with all other service providers and the facilities teamAnswer all Switchboard calls to meet SLA
