Project Support Officer

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Project Support Officer to join our team. You will be part of a dynamic project team delivering the redevelopment of the Lynfield Mount Hospital site. You will provide essential administrative and project-related support, coordinate key project activities, and ensure the smooth operation of the project office.Responsibilities
Facilitate project meetings, produce vital documentation, develop and define the project’s administrative processes, and maintain high standards of performance.Support all aspects of project management, from updating project plans to managing correspondence and organising events.Establish and maintain the project office, project controls and reporting mechanisms across all elements of the project and enabling schemes.Assist in coordinating activity to support the scheme and working with the Project Management Team to deliver within the Lynfield Mount redevelopment.Work from the Lynfield Mount site and/or New Mill as required, with ad-hoc remote working opportunities available.Requirements/Qualifications
Motivated self-starter who can pick up and run with complex issues.Experience in a project support or project management environment is desirable.Strong administrative, communication, and organisational skills.Willingness to work on-site and/or remotely as required.Benefits
