Sous Chef

Rendcomb College is seeking a talented and dedicated Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in leading our catering team. The Sous Chef will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, nutritious meals for pupils, staff, and occasional functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a chef with strong cooking skills who is looking to take the next step in their career.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Sous or Chef de Partie in a high-volume catering environment. They will be a hands-on and proactive leader, with an excellent understanding of food safety, allergens, and HACCP procedures. A genuine passion for food and service with a keen eye for detail is essential.
Start date: ASAP
Hours: 45 hours per week, 5 days over 7, Permanent, All Year Round
Salary: Competitive Salary
