Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract top professionals.- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial candidate sourcing to placement and onboarding.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.- Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability for various roles.- Negotiate offers and contracts between candidates and clients.- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and technological advancements.- Meet and exceed individual and team recruitment targets.- Collaborate with the wider recruitment team to share knowledge and best practices.- Utilise recruitment tools, job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms to identify top talent.Key Requirements:- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally in an agency setting.
