Responsibilities: Conduct phone calls to prospective clients and candidates. Gaining client and candidate traction Business development Follow up with candidates to see if they are interested in the position. Coordinate with hiring managers to fill open positions. Maintain a high level of client engagement and generate new business. Communicate with candidates regularly via phone or email. Experience: 1-3 years of recruiting experience preferred but not required. Previous experience in sales, business development Sector can be dependent on you we have a strong footing in Industrial Logistics engineering and commercial but if you have worked previously in another sector then we are very open for the discussion
