We are looking for an ER Manager to support our teams across the UK. As we grow, the HR team will continue to evolve, offering opportunities for you to potentially grow the ER specialist function. As an Employee Relations Manager you will be taking the lead on employee relations cases across the UK, promoting positive employee relations, and encouraging early intervention and informal resolution. Regular travel is required across the UK region. A company car/allowance is provided.
