As part of the firm''s busy Commercial Property team, you will manage a varied caseload including:

• Buying and selling commercial premises (freehold and leasehold)

• Landlord & tenant matters (leases, renewals, licences to assign)

• Property management work

• Development and site acquisition support

• General commercial property advisory work for business clients
