Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum plus Bonus

Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor seeking a fresh challenge with an established and progressive law firm?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and reputable firm offering a varied caseload and the chance to work on high-quality commercial property matters, both regional and nationally.

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will handle a wide range of transactions, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
• Drafting, negotiating, and renewing leases for both landlords and tenants
• Lease extensions
• Right to Buy and Right to Acquire matters
• Agricultural land and property development cases

We’re looking for a confident and capable Commercial Property Solicitor who can demonstrate:

• Solid post-qualification experience (2 years minimum PQE) in commercial property law
• A strong ability to manage a caseload independently
• Excellent drafting skills and up-to-date technical knowledge
• Outstanding communication and client care skills
• Strong organisational abilities, able to meet deadlines under pressure
• A proactive, commercial mindset with an interest in business development
