Interim Group Financial Controller

to support the Group CFO and bring rigor, clarity, and control to a fast-moving, multi-project environment.The Opportunity:As

Interim Group Financial Controller , you will step into a pivotal leadership role at a key moment in the group’s journey — overseeing the core finance function, tightening controls, enhancing reporting, and driving high-impact projects across the business.You’ll need to thrive in complexity: managing multiple workstreams, supporting ongoing integration and transformation activity, and working hand-in-hand with a high-performing CFO and private equity stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Ensure monthly and accurate delivery of

group financials

in line with UK GAAP/IFRSOversee tax strategy, transfer pricing and RandD tax credit claims.Lead the strategic direction of financial systems, ensuring the implementation of best in class finance platforms.Prepare board-ready reports and liaise directly with PE investors on financial performanceProvide hands-on support to the CFO and SLT during a period of rapid evolutionYour Profile:Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with

significant post-qualified experienceProven experience as a

Group or Divisional Financial Controller

in a PE-backed or high-growth businessTechnically strong (UK GAAP/IFRS), with exceptional attention to detail and controlExperienced in

running multiple projects concurrently , ideally including MandA integration, systems change, and process transformationPrior exposure to the

environmental, sustainability or ESG
