your main duties and expectations for the role will include:Be compliant in the preparation and service of dishes as laid down by the departments SOP and in line with company red star standards.To assist in ensuring all mis en place is stored, date coded and rotated in line with the company food safety policy.To assist in completing the daily check list regarding mis en place and food storage.To carry out all reasonable requests ensuring the quality of work is in line with the company red star standards.Ensure understanding and compliance of the hotels food and health and safety policies.Receive and act on constructive positive and negative feedback from senior members of the team.Suggests suitable ideas that will improve service standards or operational procedures in the department.You will be required to work
