will include:Ensure mise en place levels are maintained to guarantee smooth service, with a focus on quality, consistency, and impeccable presentationEmbrace opportunities to learn and grow, gaining experience across various kitchen sections under the guidance of senior chefsInspect incoming goods for quality and accuracy, ensuring proper storage practices and minimizing wastePrepare food products according to recipes, ensuring precision, care, and adherence to the highest preparation standardsConduct daily hygiene checks in storage areas and maintain clean, organized workstations in line with Zumas high standardsFollow Health and Safety and Food Safety regulations, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment at all timesWhat We Look For - Our ideal
