A global financial consulting firm with a growing client base is now looking to recruit an experienced Financial Due Diligence Director. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a background in MandA Due Diligence looking to take on a lead role with responsibilities for both client delivery and revenue generation.Responsibilities

Support buy and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, providing financial and business due diligence assistance to corporations and private equity investorsAnalyse target company data to identify operating trends, quality of earnings/assets, pro forma financials, working capital calculations, debt and debt-like items and other potential liabilities/risksResponsible for working on multiple complex engagements simultaneouslyManage and coordinate approach of client, engagement teams, and third-party diligence providers throughout the transaction processRequirements

10+ years’ experience working in Financial Due Diligence within a Big Four firmAccountancy or CFA qualifiedStrong knowledge of GAAPAbility to travelSeniority level
