We are looking for an experienced

MandA professional

with solid FIG expertise (insurance preferred) to support a major transaction. This contract role will provide advisory support across the full deal lifecycle—from commercial due diligence to integration planning.

Responsibilities

Deliver advisory support on an MandA transaction within the insurance sector.

Conduct commercial due diligence, including market analysis and target evaluation.

Advise on deal structuring, value creation opportunities, and integration strategy.

Partner with client stakeholders to shape recommendations and drive actionable insights.

Prepare clear, high-impact presentations and reports for senior executives.

Qualifications

Proven experience in FIG MandA advisory (insurance preferred).

Background in strategy consulting, investment banking, or corporate development.

Strong expertise in commercial due diligence and post-deal integration planning.

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Confident working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Able to start at short notice.
