As an NScaler, you’ll contribute to shaping the technology that powers the future—empowered to do your best work in an environment that inspires greatness.About the RoleAs our Talent Sourcer, you’ll be the cornerstone of our talent acquisition strategy, transforming our recruitment approach from reactive hiring to strategic talent mapping. Leveraging cutting-edge sourcing technologies and deep professional networks, you’ll proactively identify top-tier candidates and build high-calibre talent pipelines across technical and non-technical roles. Reporting into, and working in partnership with, the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you’ll undertake first stage screening, help coordinate seamless interview scheduling, engage with candidates and stakeholders, and support onboarding to deliver an exceptional end-to-end candidate experience.What You’ll Be DoingDeveloping targeted sourcing strategies across multiple talent channelsPartner with the Talent Acquisition, Senior Manager and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamicsLeverage sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job boards, and other databases) and use advanced search techniques (Boolean, x-ray) and community based sourcing (Discord, Kaggle etc) to identify high-potential candidates across technical, operational, and leadership functionsBuild and maintain high-calibre talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needsProactively engage and nurture passive talent through personalised outreach and relationship-buildingDeliver pre-screened, qualified candidates to recruiters or hiring managersCandidate Coordination and Interview SchedulingCoordinate and schedule interviews for candidates across multiple time zonesLiaise with candidates, hiring managers, and interview participants to ensure timely and smooth schedulingManage changes and last-minute scheduling adjustments with professionalism and attention to detailServe as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the processHiring and OnboardingCollaborate with the People Partners and hiring managers to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hiresSupporting the Talent Acquisition, Senior Manager, with ongoing hiring efforts and related tasks, as necessaryGenerating actionable insights through comprehensive recruitment metricsDevise and attend conferences and networking events as requiredAbout YouSkills and ExperienceYou have 3+ years of proven experience as an ‘in-house’ Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or in a similar Talent Acquisition/People role in a fast-paced start up/scale up technology businessStrong knowledge of sourcing techniques, tools, and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, Boolean search, etc.)Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and technologies (e.g., engineering, AI roles)Exceptional organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple schedules and prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a candidate-first mindsetStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environmentPersonal AttributesProactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownershipThrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-growth environmentCollaborative team player with a passion for delivering outstanding candidate and stakeholder experiencesStrong commercial awareness and an understanding of how talent drives business outcomesExtremely knowledgeable and resourceful with recruitment approaches, tools, platforms, and industry trends, particularly in the tech worldSelf-starting doer who is extremely diligent, curious, and quick to learn, knowing what questions to ask to get up to speed quicklyIn all we do, our
