Source Top Talent: Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter and other resources to find and engage candidates for our open roles.Craft Engaging Outreach Messages: Write personalised and compelling messages to connect with candidates and encourage responses.Build Candidate Pipelines: Proactively maintain pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Schedule Interviews: Coordinate candidate interviews with recruiters and ensure a smooth process.Collaborate with Recruiters: Partner closely with the recruiter(s) to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.Maintain Accurate Data: Keep records up to date in our ATS and assist in tracking recruitment metrics.
