Hoop Nursing and Healthcare are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join a beautiful nursing home, working for a reputable and people centric organisation that really does hold its staff and residents at the centre of its purpose. This role will consist of 2 clinical shifts pw, with 3 shifts supernumerary. Essential Must be a Registered Nurse with a min. 3 years clinical experience Must have experience in a Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager position Must have good, updated HR knowledge in regards to return to works and sickness management Genuine enjoyment of recruitment, training and induction of staff Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
