Hoop Nursing & Healthcare are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join a beautiful nursing home,-working for a reputable and people centric organisation that really does hold its staff and residents at the centre of its purpose.

This role will consist of 2 clinical shifts pw, with 3 shifts supernumerary.-

Essential

• Must be a Registered Nurse with a min. 3 years clinical experience
• Must have experience in a Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager position
• Must have good, updated HR knowledge in regards to return to works and-sickness management-
• Genuine enjoyment of recruitment, training and induction of staff

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.-
