As Corporate Banking Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our structured finance strategy. Leveraging your deep market knowledge and extensive network, you will identify high-value opportunities, drive complex transactions to completion, and strengthen the bank’s reputation as a trusted partner for corporates and sponsors.Responsibilities

Originate, structure, and execute complex structured finance transactions across diverse sectors.Build and maintain a robust network of corporates, sponsors, and advisors to generate high-quality deal flow.Lead deal structuring, financial modeling, and preparation of credit papers for senior management approval.Negotiate and finalise LMA-based loan documentation and associated legal agreements.Ensure all transactions meet risk, credit, and regulatory standards.Represent the bank externally, enhancing its visibility and credibility in the structured finance market.What You Bring

Proven experience in structured finance origination and execution, including leveraged and acquisition finance.Strong credit analysis and financial modeling capabilities.Established relationships with corporates, sponsors, and intermediaries.Seniority level
