Job title: Engineering Learning and Development Planner (Edgewing) Location: Reading area. The role could be contracted to any BAE Systems site (preferably Frimley) but on commencement will immediately be assigned to our Edgewing JV in the Reading area. A financial support package may be available to enable this assignment if required, dependent on certain criteria being met. Due to the nature of this assignment, we envisage there will be a need for mostly on site working, however, flexible working arrangements may be possible - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this role. Salary: £39,745+ What you''ll be doing: Summarise the requirement of the engineering LandD (Learning and development) management system Identify LandD solutions to Engineering Capability gaps as part of solution identification workshops. Draft business cases (including a detailed plan) to receive allocated budget from leadership for LandD solution Coordinate the development of LandD solutions Manage the deployment of LandD solutions into Engineering teams Ensure integration with LandD solutions by ensuring the appropriate interface with stakeholders - International Partners Your skills and experiences: Essential: Professional experience in aeronautical or engineering company with knowledge of Engineering resource management Candidate has a minimum of HND / Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent Previous experience of a Learning and Development environm
