Your new role As a Senior HR Business Partner you will play a pivotal role, partnering closely with senior leaders to shape and deliver the People agenda. You''ll support strategic workforce planning, organisational design, leadership capability and cultural development, ensuring alignment with business priorities and regulatory expectations.You will advise on complex employee relations matters, bring insight through data-driven HR analytics and act as a trusted coach to senior stakeholders. The role carries significant visibility across leadership forums, committees and governance groups, with opportunities to influence business outcomes at a strategic level.You will work across multiple teams on a wide portfolio of people projects, including reward, talent, performance, cultural initiatives and risk related change.
