We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Bar Manager to lead our bar operations and help shape the next chapter of our food and beverage experience.As Bar Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the hotels bar operations, including team leadership, financial performance, service quality, and innovation. Youll set the tone for the guest experience, curate the atmosphere, and ensure each outlet operates efficiently, profitably, and in line with our 5-star standards.Key Attributes of the Bar ManagerA natural host who thrives on the floor

including the Jailhouse Bar, Rooftop Terrace, and Private Members Bar.Be physically present on the floor during key service periods, leading from the front and supporting the team where needed.Coach, train, and develop team members on shift, ensuring consistency in service, presentation, and guest interaction.Foster a supportive, upbeat team environment where high morale and professionalism are standard.Ensure each guest receives a personal, engaging experience
anticipating needs, handling feedback, and going above and beyond.Monitor all aspects of bar performance
stock levels, cleanliness, preparation, and readiness
through regular checks and real-time adjustments.Work closely with the Head of FandB and senior management to meet revenue goals and optimise operational efficiency.Manage team rotas, shift planning, and floor coverage to ensure seamless service delivery and effective labour control.Stay hands-on with inventory control, ordering, waste management, and stock rotation.Enforce licensing laws, health and safety policies, and all compliance requirements consistently.Collaborate on new menu development, drink launches, and regular updates based on guest feedback and industry trends.Support and execute bar events, seasonal activations, and promotions
