This team plays a central role in designing and scaling a world-class machine learning platform that supports a variety of trading and research functions.This is a highly technical role focused on building robust ML systems, improving feedback loops, and choosing the right tools for complex modelling challenges. The environment is fast-paced and experimentation-friendly, with a close integration between trading, research, and engineering.Responsibilities And Priorities:• Build and maintain high-performance infrastructure for model training and inference• Enhance research workflows to improve experimentation speed and reliability• Select and apply appropriate modelling approaches (neural nets, random forests, gradient boosting, etc.)• Contribute to the design of tools and APIs that enable fast and reproducible research• Collaborate closely with trading and research teams to align ML development with business needsRequirements:• Proven experience taking ML models from concept to production• Strong mathematical background in optimisation, linear algebra, and regularisation techniques• Experience maintaining organised, reproducible ML research codebases• Passion for staying current with the ML research landscape• A curious and critical mindset, comfortable asking hard questions and challenging assumptions• Fluency in EnglishThe Profile – Your ExpertiseWe’re looking for individuals who combine deep ML engineering experience with strong analytical thinking and a passion for solving tough problems.
